▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Laser cladding alloy powder comprises 15-25 wt.% nickel powder, 60-80 wt.% boron carbide powder and 5-10 wt.% graphene powder. USE - Laser cladding alloy powder for repairing nodular cast iron roll surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laser cladding alloy powder improves wear resistance and toughness of nodular cast iron roller, and strong abrasion-resisting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for repairing ductile iron roll surface using the alloy powder, which involves: (A) using laser coaxial carrier gas powder feeding device to send the alloy powder to the laser to be aligned roll to be clad surface; (B) emitting laser beam by the laser is simultaneously irradiated on the surface to coat, and alloy powder is melted to form a droplet; and (C) scanning laser on the set range of ductile iron roll surface to finish the continuous cladding on the surface of the ductile iron roll to form a cladding coating.
