NOVELTY - Dry battery pole piece based on graphene comprises 0.1-10 wt.% graphene, 0.1-10 wt.% conductive agent, 0.1-10 wt.% poly fluoro resin adhesive, 70-99.7 wt.% electrode active material, and 0.1-5 wt.% auxiliary adhesive, which are rolled. The dry-process electrode sheet film is combined with one side or two opposite sides of the current collector metal foil by hot pressing. The conductive agent is carbon nanotube, graphite, conductive carbon black, Ketjen black (Electrically conductive carbon black), acetylene black, graphene and carbon fiber formed group. The electrode active material is composite of metal salt, metal oxide, metal, non-metal simple substance, and non-metal oxide. The auxiliary adhesive is polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylic acid, polyimide, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylonitrile, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and styrene-butadiene rubber. The material of the current collector metal foil is aluminum foil, copper foil, titanium foil and nickel foil. USE - Dry battery pole piece useful for battery (claimed) in lithium ion battery and supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The dry battery pole piece is environment-friendly and avoids the potential harm to the working staff. The dry electrode pole piece film has good conductivity and compaction density control, and has good adjusting effect, and has thickness of 25-500 microm, the compacted density of 1-5 mg/cm3.
