▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material comprises 0.1-10 parts by weight (pbw) of hyperbranched polysiloxane-modified graphene oxide, 5-50 pbw of epoxy active diluting agent and 100 pbw of bisphenol A cyanate ester. USE - Used as a graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material exhibits excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material comprises 0.1-10 parts by weight (pbw) of hyperbranched polysiloxane-modified graphene oxide, 5-50 pbw of epoxy active diluting agent and 100 pbw of bisphenol A cyanate ester, where the hyperbranched polysiloxane-modified graphene oxide has a structure of formula (I), and the bisphenol A cyanate ester is (4-(1-(4-cyanatophenyl)-1-methyl-ethyl)phenyl) cyanate. R = -CH2-CH2-CH2-O-CH2-CH-(O)-CH3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material, comprising: (a) adding 0.1-10 pbw of graphite oxide into 1-100 pbw of gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH-560) of tetrahydrofuran solution, adding 1-50 ml of aqueous hydrogen chloride solution into the mixture, and stirring and reacting the mixture at 50-80 degrees C for 4-7 hours after ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 0.5 hours to obtain hyperbranched polysiloxane modified graphene oxide; (b) adding 0.1-10 pbw of the obtained hyper-branched polysiloxane modified graphene oxide into 5-50 pbw of epoxy active, ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 0.5-3 hours with a lower power of 40-70 W, adding 100 pbw of bisphenol A cyanate ester into the mixture at 80 degrees C, and polymerizing the mixture at 80-120 degrees C for 15-60 minutes; and (c) pouring the mixture into a molded vacuum box at 120 degrees C, taking out the mixture and removing bubble after heating, carrying out curing process on the mixture at 140 degrees C for 2 hours or 160 degrees C for 2 hours or 180 degrees C for 2 hours using a blast drying box, naturally cooling the mixture, and processing the cooled mixture at 200 degrees C for 2 hours.
