▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of ferro-vanadium nitride alloy involves adding a vanadium source compound, an iron source compound and a reducing agent to deionized water, stirring, obtaining a mixed solution with vanadium ion concentration of 0.3-0.4 mol/L, adding citric acid to the mixed solution, ultrasonically stirring for 2-3 hours, drying obtained uniform sol, then grinding obtained gel into powder, obtaining a solid powder, adding 0.05-0.1 wt.% graphene to the solid powder, calcining at 350-380 degrees C for more than 6 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature. The molar ratio of vanadium element, iron element and reducing agent is 4:1-1.1:0.7-0.8. The ratio of the amount of citric acid and the amount of metal ions in the mixed solution is 2-3:1. USE - Preparation of ferro-vanadium nitride alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of ferro-vanadium nitride alloy with purity of more than 99%. The ferro-vanadium nitride alloy comprises 69-72 wt.% vanadium, 17.5-18 wt.% nitrogen, and remaining of iron and unavoidable impurities.
