NOVELTY - A waste rubber damping sheet material is prepared by taking waste rubber, crushing, desulfurizing, filtering, kneading, stirring, adding modified graphene nano filler, N-isopropyl maleimide-methyl methacrylate, tetrafluoroethyleneperfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer fiber and polymethyl methacrylate, stirring, adding isobutene, silica and carbon black, stirring, adding iron powder, aluminum powder, mildew preventive agent and clay, stirring, and extruding. USE - Method for preparing waste rubber damping sheet material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has reduced friction coefficient and wear rate, and has limited surface softening and decomposition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waste rubber damping sheet material is prepared by taking 45 pts. wt. waste rubber, crushing, desulfurizing, filtering, kneading, stirring at rate of 40-50 revolutions/minute, adding 40 pts. wt. modified graphene nano filler, 23 pts. wt. N-isopropyl maleimide-methyl methacrylate, 31 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethyleneperfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer fiber and 22 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, stirring for 1-2 hours, adding 9 pts. wt. isobutene, 8 pts. wt. silica and 4 pts. wt. carbon black, stirring for 5-6 hours, adding 46 pts. wt. iron powder, 46 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1 pt. wt. mildew preventive agent and 5 pts. wt. clay, stirring at 140-145 degrees C, and extruding.
