▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises (i) dissolving arabic gum in deionized water, stirring and heating to dissolve to obtain light yellow arabic gum solution, where concentration of solution is 0.02-0.10 g/ml, and (ii) adding arabic gum solution into teflon tank containing zirconium dioxide pellets, ball milling at a rate of 200-300 revolution/minute for 5-10 minutes, adhering arabic gum solution to the surface of pellet, then adding graphite powder, ball milling for 5-10 hours, then adding deionized water, ball milling for 10-20 minutes, removing out the solution and centrifuging at a rate of 1000-5000 revolution/minute for 30-60 minutes and removing the precipitate to obtain uniformly stable black sol i.e. graphene, where ratio between deionized water and graphite powder is 100-200:1, mass ratio between graphite powder and arabic gum is 1.5-5:1; and diameter of zirconium dioxide pellet is 2-5 mm. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the heat-conducting property of polymer material by doping the polymer material.
