▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A polyvinylidene fluoride-ethylene oxide/graphene oxide composite ultra-filter film preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in N, N- dimethylacetamide solution ultrasonically to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, and dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride powder in N, N-dimethylacetamide solution obtain polyvinylidene fluoride dispersion, which is mixed with the graphene oxide dispersion to obtain film casting solution, which is sonicated, degassed and dispersed on glass plate to form a film. The glass plate is immersed in the deionized water coagulation bath, and washed. USE - Method for preparing polyvinylidene fluoride-ethylene oxide/graphene oxide composite ultra-filter film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the polyvinylidene fluoride-ethylene oxide/graphene oxide composite ultra-filter film with better application performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyvinylidene fluoride-ethylene oxide/graphene oxide composite ultra-filter film preparing method involves preparing material comprising graphene oxide as a hydrophilic additive, polyvinylidene fluoride as a film substrate, N, N- dimethylacetamide as a solvent, deionized water as coagulation bath. The material is heated in vacuum oven at 80 degrees C for 12 hours to remove moisture adsorbed by the material. The graphene oxide is dispersed in N, N- dimethylacetamide solution ultrasonically for 10 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, followed by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride powder in N, N-dimethylacetamide solution at 70 degrees C obtain polyvinylidene fluoride dispersion, which is mixed with the graphene oxide dispersion to obtain film casting solution. The film casting solution is stirred for 24 hours, and sonicated for 2 hours to obtain a homogeneous casting solution, which is degassed in a vacuum environment. The degassed solution is dispersed on glass plate to form a film with thickness of 200 mu m, dried in air for 20 seconds. The glass plate is immersed in the deionized water coagulation bath at 20 degrees C to complete the phase inversion process. The prepared composite membrane is washed to remove residual solvent.
