NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced flame-retardant polypropylene material comprises 75-89 wt.% polypropylene, 10-20 wt.% encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate and 1-5 wt.% modified graphene oxide. USE - Graphene-reinforced flame-retardant polypropylene material used in automobile, household, medicine, food packaging and building and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The product uses graphene with very strong barrier effect, reduces oxygen to substrate, reduces flame retardant dosage, increases flame retardant effect, and strengthens composite material mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-reinforced flame-retardant polypropylene material comprising dispersing and mixing encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate, modified graphene oxide and polypropylene raw material, mixing, extruding, cooling, drying, cutting and packaging.
