NOVELTY - The structure has a silicon substrate layer formed in a surface of a period optical grating structure. The period optical grating structure is provided with organic dye gain medium. A graphene layer is formed in a nano array structure. A silicon dioxide layer is formed in an upper surface of the nano array structure. The nano array structure is arranged with a graphene laminated interface. USE - Periodic optical grating structure graphene surface plasma excimer transmitting device. ADVANTAGE - The device enhances SPP resonance, increases period graphene SPP waveguide transmitting distance, and simple structure.
