▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous anti-corrosion coating comprises 40-45 pts. wt. graphene oxide/water-soluble acrylic resin, 5-8 pts. wt. corrosion-resistant powder, 1-3 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-8 pts. wt. water-based anti-settling functional materials, amino resin, 1.5-2.9 pts. wt. coating auxiliary agent, and 30-35 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene oxide/water-soluble acrylic resin is obtained by dispersing modified graphene oxide in acrylic monomer and polymerized. USE - Aqueous anti-corrosion coating used for aluminum fins of air-conditioning heat exchangers. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous anti-corrosion coating has excellent adhesion, mechanical properties, long corrosion resistance, and good heat dissipation function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an aqueous anti-corrosion coating, which involves: (A) dispersing graphene oxide/water soluble acrylic resin at a speed of 500-700r/minutes, adding some deionized water, paint additives, corrosion-resistant powder, water-based anti-settling functional materials and carbon black in sequence to mix uniformly; and (B) grinding resulting slurry to a slurry when the particle fineness is less than 20 micrometer, then adding amino resin to make up the remaining deionized water to prepare a water-based super anti-corrosion coating.
