NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber composite material comprises compounding and granulating the scale inhibitor and antibacterial agent to obtain the scale inhibitor and antibacterial agent, adding the scale inhibiting and antibacterial agent into the graphene oxide solution to obtain the scale inhibiting and antibacterial graphene oxide solution, adding carbon fiber to the scale inhibitor antibacterial graphene oxide solution, and performing wet processing to obtain the carbon fiber composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has better anti-scale and antibacterial performance.
