NOVELTY - Refractory material comprises 30-45 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 3-9 pts. wt. alumina, 8-16 pts. wt. quartz stone, 3-7 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium alloy, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-19 pts. wt. slag, 12-20 pts. wt. filling material, and 6-15 pts. wt. highly viscous attapulgite clay. USE - Refractory material. ADVANTAGE - The refractory material has high temperature, good thermal stability, mechanical strength and wear resistance, and good adhesive property and good shock resistance, greatly prolongs service life of refractory material, and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing refractory material, which involves: (A) weighing magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, quartz stone, silicon nitride, slag and filler to the ratio, respectively pulverizing, and passing through a 50-100 mesh sieve, mixing uniformly to obtain mixture; (B) weighing titanium alloy and graphene oxide into the mixer to the ratio, mix for 5-10 minutes, and then add the obtained mixture to the mixer and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes, then, a proportion of the high-viscosity attapulgite clay is add to the mixture, and the mixture is knead for 5-10 minutes to obtain a composite; and (C) drying the obtained composite in a tunnel kiln, and then the dried composite is place in a calciner to obtain the refractory material.
