NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced rubber material comprises 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. 80-85 wt.% hydrochloric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. mercaptan butyltin, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 170-200 pts. wt. rubber reinforcing powder, 40-50 pts. wt. gamma -(2,3-glycidoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, and 1-3 pts. wt. saturated octacarboxamide. USE - Graphene reinforced rubber material. ADVANTAGE - Reinforcing powder can not only improve dispersibility between raw materials, but also enhance mechanical stability of finished material, and its high mechanical strength, and ensures good impact resistance, good aging resistance and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the rubber material comprising adding graphene to sulfuric acid solution with concentration of 96-98%, sonicating for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing precipitates with water, drying, adding to anhydrous methanol, adding gamma -(2,3-cyclo Oxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, mixing, and keeping at 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain modified graphene solution; taking ammonium polyphosphate, adding to 20-30 times deionized water, and sonicating for 5-10 minutes to obtain ammonium polyphosphate aqueous dispersion; taking modified graphene solution and ammonium polyphosphate aqueous dispersion, mixing, adding rubber reinforcing powder, sending to reaction kettle, adding 80-85% hydrochloric acid, adjusting temperature of reaction kettle at 60-70 degrees C, maintaining for 5-7 hours, and cooling to obtain modified dispersion; and taking modified dispersion, mixing with thiobutyl butyl tin and saturated octadecamide, stirring, suction filterinng, washing filter cake with water, vacuum drying at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and cooling.
