NOVELTY - High-strength nylon thermal insulation strip masterbatch comprises nylon 66 resin, alkali-free glass fiber, antioxidant, composite toughening agent, black masterbatch and inorganic filler in a mass ratio of 60:25:0.8:1.5:0.7:12, the composite toughening agent is made of graphene and hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polyester in a mass ratio of 2:8, where the preparing nylon 66 resin, alkali-free glass fiber, antioxidant, composite toughening agent, black masterbatch and inorganic filler, placing into the mixing tank together, and pre-mixing according to 20 minutes for 3 times, adding pre-mixed raw materials from the main feed port of twin-screw extruder, adding alkali-free glass fiber from the side feed port of the twin-screw extruder, cooling the raw material after melt extrusion through the cooling outlet and discharging from the cooling outlet, the cutting mechanism cuts the discharged masterbatch strips and obtains high-strength masterbatch after the cutting is completed. USE - Used as high-strength nylon thermal insulation strip masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch: saves energy consumption; reduces the working cycle; improves the toughness and strength; avoids that the subsequently produced heat insulation strip becomes hard and brittle after oxidation; and improves service life.
