NOVELTY - Conductive composition comprises an anode material, a cathode material, a diaphragm and an electrolyte. The anode material and the cathode material comprises a quantum carbon material. The quantum carbon material is 10-25 pts. wt. quantum carbon units with less than 1-9 nm particle size, 40-80 pts. wt. quantum carbon units with less than 10-30 nm particle size, and 1-10 pts. wt. quantum carbon units with less than 50-80 nm particle size. The quantum carbon units are graphene particles. USE - Conductive composition is useful in the field of battery. ADVANTAGE - The composition has the effect of improving the defect of slow charging and discharging speed of the lithium battery.
