NOVELTY - The array has multiple graphene reflecting blocks (101) provided with multiple graphene reflecting units (1011). Each graphite reflecting unit is connected with an upper surface of a medium substrate (102). Each graphite reflecting unit is connected with each other. Multiple graphene reflecting blocks are connected between multiple graphene reflecting block links. A grounding metal plate (103) is connected with a lower surface of the medium substrate. Multiple electrodes are provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode. USE - Graphene based beam scanning reflector antenna array. ADVANTAGE - The array can achieve terahertz frequency range of a beam scanning so as to realize miniaturization of the reflecting antenna array. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphite reflecting unit is micron grade reflecting unit. The medium substrate is made of Polyethylene glycol terephthalate material. The grounding metal plate is Copper plate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene based beam scanning method.
