NOVELTY - The device has a mobile platform (7) with a reaction chamber (9) filled with deionized water. A solid graphite target (18) is placed in de-ionized water solution. A second rotating shaft (6) is located above solution, and third rotating shaft (4) is located in solution just below second rotation shaft. The plane of second rotating shaft is provided with first rotating shaft (11). A copper foil (5) is wound on third rotating shaft and wound onto first rotating shaft from third rotating shaft through second rotating shaft. A pulse laser device (26) is provided above reaction chamber. USE - Device for improving preparation efficiency of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The synthesizing efficiency and high material utilization rate are achieved. The simple preparation process of the graphene is ensured with low equipment cost.
