▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/polybutylene succinate composite material is obtained by in-situ polymerization by succinic acid and butanediol under the catalysis of graphene oxide supported titanium-based catalyst. The content of graphene oxide in the composite material is 0.1-1 wt.%. The loading of titanium on graphene oxide is 1-10 wt.%. USE - Graphene oxide/polybutylene succinate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide supported catalyst and the in-situ polymerization method are adopted, which better solves the problem of easy hydrolysis of the titanium-based catalyst, and the obtained composite material has good thermal properties and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the graphene oxide/polybutylene succinate composite material, which involves (1) mixing graphene oxide powder with butanediol, and obtaining graphene oxide/butanediol suspension after ultrasonication, adding titanate to above-mentioned suspension, stirring to obtain the suspension containing graphene oxide and titanate, (2) adding a butanediol solution containing water to the above suspension, and stirring to obtain a suspension of graphene oxide-supported titanium-based catalyst, (3) mixing the catalyst obtained in step (2) with succinic acid and butanediol to carry out an esterification reaction, and (4) after the completion of esterification, adding a phosphorus compound to carry out a polycondensation reaction.
