▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of cobalt(III) phosphide/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube/graphene composite material involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, 4,4'-bipyridine and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, stirring at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour, transferring the obtained suspension to a high pressure reactor, reacting at 110-130 degrees C for 5-8 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, drying, placing the obtained dried product with sodium hypophosphite monohydrate under argon gas atmosphere according to mass ratio of (10-20):1, and calcining at 300-400 degrees C for 1-3 hours. USE - Preparation method of cobalt(III) phosphide/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of cobalt(III) phosphide/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube/graphene composite material with excellent electrochemical performance, by simple and economical process.
