NOVELTY - Graphene thin film battery comprises a positive plate layer, a graphene anode buffer layer, a transparent conductive oxide layer, a conductive layer, a positive active layer, a diaphragm, an electrolyte layer, a zinc oxide buffer layer, a cathode sheet layer and a polymethyl methacrylate base layer. The diaphragm comprises a first substrate layer, a carbon nano-tube conductive layer and a second substrate layer which are orderly connected with the anode active layer. The first substrate layer and the second substrate layer are respectively provided with a square through hole. The anode sheet layer is made of silver or aluminum. The anode sheet layer is coated with sheet graphite or graphite alkene material. The graphene anode buffer layer is made of nitrogen-doped graphene and lithium manganate. The conductive layer is a graphene conductive layer. The conductive layer is a graphene conductive layer. The cathode sheet layer is made of aluminum or indium. USE - Used as graphene thin film battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery: replaces the anode and cathode in traditional batteries; effectively improves the conductivity of the battery; has high strength of separator; improves conductivity by providing a carbon nanotube conductive layer, and battery charge and discharge performance; and has high resistance to breakdown, no short-circuit problems of anode and cathode, high safety, long battery life and broad application prospects.
