NOVELTY - Preparing brake servo piston material involves preparing raw material of high-strength aluminum alloy material, where the raw material comprises 135-160 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 8-10 pts. wt. silicon powder, 12-15 pts. wt. strontium powder, 5-8 pts. wt. iron powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. chromium powder, 2-4 pts. wt. manganese powder, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon powder, 3-5 pts. wt. magnesium powder, 35-40 pts. wt. titanium carbide powder, 1-3 pts. wt. copper powder and 2-4 pts. wt. graphene powder, designing raw material mixing, where the mixer comprises a base, a mixer main body, a stirring device and a feeding device, pouring the mixed raw material into the forming mold, melting at high temperature, cooling and discharging to obtain the piston material rough blank, using high frequency vibration impact to microforge the piston material to plastically deform the rough blank of the piston material to obtain the piston material. USE - Preparing brake servo piston material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of brake servo piston material with high temperature tensile strength of 98.61 megapascal, improved structure strength, compact internal structure, uniform and stable, and improved fatigue strength.
