▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves growing gold (Au) layer on a mica substrate to obtain Au/mica growth substrate. A single layer of graphene nanoribbon (GNR) is self-assembled on a surface of the Au layer to obtain a GNR/Au/Mica sample. The GNR/Au/Mica sample is placed in a concentrated hydrochloric acid solution and the Au layer is separated from the Mica substrate through a molecular intercalation to obtain a GNR/Au sample. A load substrate is used to fish the GNR/Au sample to obtain a GNR/Au/load substrate sample. A potassium iodide iodine solution or nitrohydrochloric acid is dropped on the GNR/Au/support substrate sample, an etching is performed, and the Au layer is removed after soaking. A GNR/support substrate sample is obtained after washing and drying. The acetone and absolute ethyl alcohol are used for ultrasonic cleaning for 20min. USE - Method for high-cleanliness and non-destructive transfer of graphene nanoribbons used in nano electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The method enables highly-clean and non-destructive transfer of the graphene nanoribbons without impurity and defect introduction. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating the method for high-cleanliness and non-destructive transfer of graphene nanoribbons.
