NOVELTY - Production of polyacrylonitrile graft graphene macro fiber comprises mixing (pts.wt.) graphene or oxidized graphene (1), solvent (10-1000) monomer (10-1000) and initiator (0-10), adding water under protection of nitrogen, heating at 50-95 degrees C, reacting for 1-60 hours, depositing, centrifuging, washing and drying; adding polyacrylonitrile graft of graphene (1 pt.wt.) in solvent (5-150), treating at 30-80 degrees C; and taking polyacrylonitrile graft graphene sol-gel spinning liquid, extruding, processing seconds solidification filamentation, winding device, collecting and drying. USE - Method for producing polyacrylonitrile graft graphene macro fiber (claimed) used as high strength fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, suitable for industrial production; and the obtained graphene fiber has excellent strength, toughness, modulus and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of polyacrylonitrile graft graphene macro fiber comprises mixing (pts.wt.) graphene or oxidized graphene (1), solvent (10-1000) monomer (10-1000) and initiator (0-10), adding water under protection of nitrogen, heating at 50-95 degrees C, reacting for 1-60 hours, depositing, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft of graphene; adding polyacrylonitrile graft of graphene (1 pt.wt.) in solvent (5-150), treating at 30-80 degrees C with 5-50 KHz for 0.1-60 hours to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft graphene sol-gel spinning liquid; and taking polyacrylonitrile graft graphene sol-gel spinning liquid, extruding at 100 mL/hour through spinning capillary tube of 5-500 mu m, at 10-80 degrees C to solidify liquid, stopping after 1-100 seconds solidification filamentation, winding device, collecting and drying to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft graphene macro fiber.
