NOVELTY - Preparing chitin film material involves (a) configuring a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution with a potassium hydroxide mass concentration of 30 wt.% or more, (b) adding chitin into the potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring and dispersing at a certain temperature to obtain a chitin/potassium hydroxide compound, (c) adding ice or ice water mixture into the mixture obtained, stirring to completely dissolve to obtain chitin solution, and (d) casting or coating the obtained chitin solution, printing, and curing to obtain the product. USE - The method for preparing chitin film material is used in food industry, water treatment, biological medical material and other fields with wide application, preferably hemostatic, promoting wound healing, antibacterial, macromolecule, and agricultural engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The method can quickly dissolve chitin under the condition of more than 0℃, obtaining chitin aqueous solution with high concentration, which can obviously reduce the energy consumption of chitin film preparation process, especially suitable for mass production, does not limit the source of the chitin, the crystal form is limited, weakens and destroys the hydrogen bond action between the crystalline polymer molecular chain, the efficient way for improving the dissolution efficiency of crystalline macromolecule.
