NOVELTY - A graphene sheet electrode preparing method involves adding graphite with acid to obtain oxygen-containing functional group, and drying to obtain carboxylated graphene. The carboxylated graphene is added with acyl chloride reagent, evaporated to remove crystallized salt in evaporation acyl chloride reagent to obtain acyl chloride graphene. The acyl chloride graphene, and organic amide solvent are mixed and dried to give amide graphene, followed by taking carboxyl graphene, dispersing graphene in solvent, and dispersing in solvent with amide graphene dispersion liquid, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene sheet electrode that is utilized in collector foil, nickel mesh, titanium foil or steel foil (claimed), and for lithium-ion battery or supercapacitors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene sheet electrode preparing method involves adding graphite with specific surface area of 50-2000 m2/g with strong acid at 50-80 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours to obtain oxygen-containing functional group, washing with water, filtering, and drying residue dried to obtain carboxylated graphene. The carboxylated graphene is added with acyl chloride reagent at 50-80 degrees C for 5-15 hours, evaporated to remove crystallized salt in evaporation acyl chloride reagent to obtain acyl chloride graphene. The acyl chloride graphene, organic amide solvent and organic solvent are mixed at 50-80 degrees C for 24-48 hours, crystallized salt is removed in evaporation amidation agent and organic solvent, washed by water and ethanol, and dried in vacuum to give amide graphene, followed by taking remaining carboxyl graphene, ultrasonically dispersing graphene in the solvent is carboxyl graphene dispersion liquid 0.2-0.8 mg/ml, amide and ultrasonically dispersing in the solvent with amide graphene dispersion liquid, and taking graphene dispersion liquid and carboxyl amide graphene dispersion liquid to soak in container, for 1 minute alternately for 30-500 times, and drying to obtain finished product.
