NOVELTY - Preparing cement using waste sintered shale comprises (i) crushing waste sintered shale brick, coal gangue, waste rubber, drying to constant weight, respectively grinding to superfine powder to obtain waste sintered shale brick powder, coal gangue powder and waste rubber powder, (ii) mixing and stirring the waste sintered shale brick powder and the coal gangue powder, calcining, taking out, cooling, circulating superfine powder in environment of -30 degrees C for 3 hours, obtaining activated superfine powder, and (iii) mixing 150 pts. wt. common silicate cement clinker, 50 pts. wt. 5% dihydrate gypsum, milling superfine cement with particle diameter of 300 meshes, placing superfine cement in high temperature electric furnace, cooling, mixing nano silicon dioxide, nano zirconium dioxide, activated superfine powder, waste rubber powder, graphene oxide, cooling, and then stirring uniformly with the red ramie straw powder, crushing to 300 meshes to obtain the sintered shale cement. USE - The method is useful for preparing cement using waste sintered shale. ADVANTAGE - The cement: has obviously improved anti-folding strength and mechanical property, improved durability; is economical and environmentally friendly; improves economic benefit of the cement production; and achieves a win-win goal.
