NOVELTY - A fabric is obtained by mixing 100 pts. wt. water, 20-50 pts. wt. carbon, 40-70 pts. wt. binder, 8-18 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 8-10 pts. wt. emulsion thickener, printing on textile paper with printing ink, heat treating at a temperature of 110-180 degrees C for 30-150 seconds in a heat treatment chamber to completely dry the printing ink, and urethane coating the printed surface. USE - Fabric used for electromagnetic wave blocking mattress. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has suppressed generation of electromagnetic waves without stacking components. Since the electric mat is made with fabric paper printed with carbon-containing ink, the electric mat can be easily formed and has reduced production cost.
