NOVELTY - The battery has a perovskite active layer (108) formed between a graphene transparent electrode (102) and a metal electrode layer (112). The metal electrode layer is provided with gold, silver, aluminum and platinum metals, where thickness of the metal electrode layer is 10-200 nm. A semiconductor dense layer (104) is made of titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. The perovskite active layer is formed on a material layer, which is provided with a hole transmission layer (110) and a semiconductor or an electronic transmission layer. USE - Graphene transparent electrode based solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery is easy to synthesis and convenient for large-scale preparation, and has high conductivity, high light transmission rate, flexible industrialization, mass production and low manufacturing cost.
