▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM)/graphene oxide (GO)-silver (Ag) antibacterial hydrogel comprises graphene oxide as structural scaffold, silver nanoparticles as antibacterial agent, and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel as antibacterial agent releasing carrier. The silver nanoparticles are obtained by in-situ reduction mode and loaded on graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide-silver. The hydrogel is prepared by adding graphene oxide-silver to the hydrogel precursor solution composed of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) monomer, cross-linking agent and accelerator, and cross-linking reaction initiated by the initiator. USE - Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)/graphene oxide-silver antibacterial hydrogel used in wound dressing for healing. ADVANTAGE - The poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)/graphene oxide-silver antibacterial hydrogel has excellent antibacterial performance and reduces wound infection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)/graphene oxide-silver antibacterial hydrogel, which involves adding a glucose solution to a mixed solution of graphene oxide and silver nitrate, carrying out in-situ reduction reaction at 90-95℃, and separating out a precipitate to obtain graphene oxide-silver, adding graphene oxide-silver aqueous solution into hydrogel precursor solution composed of cross-linking agent N,N-methylene-bisacrylamide, accelerator tetramethylethylenediamine and N-isopropylacrylamide monomer aqueous solution and mixing, and cooling the hydrogel precursor solution added with graphene oxide-silver to 0-5℃, adding an initiator ammonium persulfate, and isolating air to perform reaction.
