▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Removing impurities in graphene preparation process comprises (1) repeatedly sieving the graphene oxide containing metal impurities and non-metal impurities, and adsorbing some metal impurities by magnets, (2) placing sieved graphene oxide in reaction kettle, adding the first impurity removal solution and fully stirring for 1 hours, adding excess soda ash and stirring for 20 minutes, filtering and rinsing by deionized water, (3) placing the filtered and washed raw materials in a reaction kettle, heating the raw materials and adding the second impurity-removing liquid to fully stir the reaction for 1 hours, and absorbing and processing by sodium hydroxide solution, and (4) placing the raw materials in a pressurized heating reaction furnace, pressurizing and heating for 1 hour, and rinsing with deionized water to obtain impurity-removed graphene. USE - The method for removing impurity in preparation process of graphene used in micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is convenient and fast without pollution, and removes the residual metal impurity and non-metal impurity, improving the efficiency and effect of graphene impurity in the preparation.
