▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene oxide permeable membrane involves adding graphene oxide and organic additive to a container, adding solvent, stirring, adding polysulfone, stirring for 12-24 hours, carrying out defoaming reaction to obtain graphene oxide dispersed polysulfone casting solution, ultrasonically dispersing cyclodextrin and graphene oxide in distilled water to prepare cyclodextrin/graphene oxide aqueous solution, dispersing polysulfone casting liquid on non-woven cloth, and soaking cloth in coagulating bath. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide permeable membrane used for emergency water bag, plant protection box and sea water desalination system, and for softening of hard water and industrial waste water. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide permeable membrane that has high mechanical strength, solvent resistance, water flux and salt rejection rate, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene oxide permeable membrane, involves adding 0.1-1 %mass graphene oxide and 0.1-8 %mass organic additive to a container, stirring at room temperature for 12-24 hours, adding 59-90 %mass solvent, stirring for 0.1-5 hours, adding 10-30 %mass polysulfone at 30-100 degrees C, stirring for 12-24 hours, carrying out defoaming reaction at 30-80 degrees C for 5 hours to obtain graphene oxide-dispersed polysulfone casting solution, ultrasonically dispersing cyclodextrin and graphene oxide in distilled water at 20-100 kHz and 25-90 degrees C for 0.1-5 hours to obtain cyclodextrin/graphene oxide aqueous solution containing 0.05-5 %mass cyclodextrin and 0.05-1 %mass graphene oxide, dissolving benzoyl chloride in n-hexane to obtain 0.05-5 %mass benzoyl chloride-hexane solution, uniformly dispersing the polysulfone casting liquid on non-woven cloth with 10-180 mu m thickness, soaking cloth in coagulating bath of deionized water at 5-30 degrees C, removing the residual solvent with deionized water to obtain polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane, immersing the polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane in cyclodextrin/graphene oxide aqueous solution for 1-8 minutes, soaking membrane in benzoyl chloride-hexane solution for 0.5-5 minutes and curing at 60-150 degrees C for 2-15 minutes.
