NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves injecting (S11) a graphite powder into an alkali metal hydroxide solution, arranging a pair of electrodes to be inserted into the graphite layer settled in the solution at a predetermined interval, continuously applying (15) direct current voltage between the electrodes, continuously applying (S14) vibration to the entire solution, separating (S16) the graphene floating in the solution by peeling, and drying (S19). USE - Manufacture of graphene used as conductive support agent for forming positive electrode material of solar power generation device and electric power generating apparatus for mobile telephone terminal and personal computer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and economical manufacture of graphene with excellent electric power generation characteristics and electric power storage characteristics.
