▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene oxide quantum dot conductive starch film involves (S1) mixing citric acid monohydrate and urea, placing in oil bath, adding ascorbic acid, raising the temperature to 200-250℃ for 4-6 hours to obtain nitrogen-doped redox quantum dot graphene, (S2) mixing with corn starch, glycerol and distilled water, heating to completely gelatinize, mixing and stirring to obtain film-forming liquid, (S3) pouring the film-forming liquid in the film-forming device, drying, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene oxide quantum dot conductive starch film used for preparing bending sensor for detecting small-scale human body activity (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene quantum dot to improve the hardness and conductivity of the starch film, improves the transfer rate of quantum dots with nitrogen doping, and improves the conductivity of quantum dots with ascorbic acid reduction. The prepared conductive starch film exhibit different electrical signal feedback.
