NOVELTY - A modified composite plastic comprises 45 pts. wt. PVC, 12 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3.5 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2.5 pts. wt. carbon black, 1.5 pts. wt. pigment, 2.5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2.5 pts. wt. ultra-fine barium, 1.2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.8 pt. wt. brightener, 0.1 pt. wt. graphene, 1.2 pts. wt. nano-titanium nitride, 0.8 pt. wt. rare earth mixture, 0.5 pt. wt. phosphotungstic acid, 0.5 pt. wt. silica and 2.5 pts. wt. modified zeolite powder. USE - Modified composite plastic used for producing plastic shell of thermal insulation bottle. ADVANTAGE - The modified composite plastic has enhanced coloring properties, excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance. Since the modified zeolite powder is used, the composite material is more easily dispersed, and the extrusion laminating process temperature is reduced. The thermal insulation bottle using the modified composite plastic has natural color, high strength, and excellent anti-drop performance.
