▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum hydroxide film and high-purity graphene comprises preparing first aluminum salt solution and second aluminum salt solution, using de-ionized water to prepare the first aluminum salt into first aluminum salt solution with concentration of 1-40%, using de-ionized water to configure the second aluminum salt to second aluminum salt solution with concentration of 1-50%, assembling the direct current electrolysis device using graphite as anode, metal plate as cathode; using two electrode plates respectively with the anode and cathode of the direct current power supply through the lead, performing electrolysis by direct current, connecting the direct current power supply, ultrasonically dispersing the product obtained by the anode, and allowing to stand for layering, vacuum filtering, and freeze-drying the precipitate to obtain the product high-purity graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum hydroxide film and high-purity graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method can simultaneously produces the aluminum hydroxide film and high-purity graphene in the same device, improves the electric energy utilization rate of the production process, reduces the production cost, has simple process, uses device which is easy to process, and is suitable for industrial mass production.
