▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nylon precursor, a capping agent and sulfonated graphene are uniformly mixed, heated at reaction temperature and pressure of 2-5 MPa for more than 2 hours, evacuated such that viscosity is stable, discharged and granulated, to obtain super-fluidity nylon material. USE - Preparation of super-fluidity nylon material used for forming thin-walled molded product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of nylon material with high controllability, fluidity and melt index, and excellent physical property, chemical property, tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength, by simple method.
