▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor comprises a metal structure arranged on a substrate structure, where a photoelectric material structure is embedded in the metal structure. The substrate structure is a sapphire substrate. The metal structure is formed of gold, platinum or aluminum material. The photoelectric material structure is formed on monocrystalline silicon, germanium and graphene material, where thickness of the photoelectric material structure is about 600nm. USE - Terahertz ultra-surface sensor for realizing real-time sensing and monitoring of health conditions of human organs to facilitate physiological and pathological research applications. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has light adjusting function and high data sensing precision, and controls pumping light without or changing terahertz-pumping delay time and performs self-calibration processing operation so as to obtain a normalized terahertz transmission spectrum. The sensor can be designed with a terahertz light control ultra-surface, so as to completely remove calibration errors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for determining a terahertz transmission spectrum based on a terahertz ultra-surface sensor.
