▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene nano-metal oxide-containing lubricant comprises a material (A) comprising 1-40 wt.% solid lubricant, 1-30 wt.% base oil, 60-98 wt.% solvent and 0.1-5 wt.% emulsifier, and a material (B) comprising 0.01-1 wt.% antioxidant with respect to material (A) content. The solid lubricant is a graphene nano-metal oxide composite material. USE - Graphene nano-metal oxide-containing lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has improved stability and prolonged service life due to use of graphene nano-metal oxide having large specific surface area, rich carbon structure and more liquid lubricant absorbing property, so that the liquid lubricants are not easy to lose. Because the metal oxide is surrounded by graphene and carbon, it can prevent corrosion by acid or alkaline substances in the environment, and can improve the corrosion resistance of the lubricant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the lubricant, which involves taking graphene nano-metal oxide composite material, base oil, solvent, emulsifier and antioxidant, stirring and mixing uniformly. The graphene nano-metal oxide composite material is prepared by mixing and stirring graphene oxide, metal nitrate, organic ligand and solvent into a homogeneous phase, performing hydrothermal or solvent thermal reaction to obtain graphene oxide-doped metal organic framework (MOF) composite material, and carbonizing the graphene oxide-doped MOF composite material under a protective atmosphere.
