NOVELTY - A composite comprises graphene and a nanoporous material such as aerogels, as alternating bonded layers. USE - Composite is used for forming cables and tapes for device and articles. ADVANTAGE - The composite is flexible or rigid and has excellent strength, lightness, resilience, sound and energy absorption, vibration dampening and impact force dispersion by varying the thickness of each layer, high tensile strength, electrical conductivity, high ability to transfer and dissipate impact forces and high insulating ability for heat and electricity, and reduced density.
