NOVELTY - A frosted coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. pigment dispersion liquid, 20-50 pts. wt. photocurable resin, 2-9 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 10-15 pts. wt. adhesive and 2-6 pts. wt. additive. USE - Frosted coating used for preparation of matte paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The frosted coating adds frosted powder to the pigment dispersion, so that the frosted powder and kaolin are fully mixed, avoids the problem of uneven sanding in the coating, and makes the film thickness of the coating more uniform during the drying process. The drying process of the uniform coating is more controllable, without partial dryness and partial wetness. The photocurable resin added to the coating can speed up the film forming speed of the coating under UV light. During the film-forming process, the addition of silane and coconut oil diethanolamide enhance the bonding strength and film-forming strength between the coating and the substrate. The combination of photocurable resin, silane, and coconut oil diacetamido alcohol enable the coating to be firmly coated on the substrate and quickly form a film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of frosted coating, which involves (s1) weighing kaolin and frosted powder, adding into water, and stirring at a high speed to prepare pigment dispersion liquid, and (s2) sequentially adding the photocurable resin, photoinitiator, adhesive, additive and water into the prepared pigment dispersion liquid and stirring at a high speed until the mixture is uniform.
