▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The switch has a tunnel layer or insulating barrier layer (8) fixed on a substrate (1) and coated on a graphene layer (7). Two ends of the insulating barrier layer are respectively connected with a strip-shaped source (9) and a drain strip (10). The strip-shaped source and the drain strip are arranged on a short side of the graphene layer. The graphene layer is formed as a patterned graphene layer. The patterned graphene layer is formed as a rectangular array and formed with a circular hole array graphene layer. The strip-shaped source and the drain strip are made of metal or conductive material. USE - Non-volatile optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch has wide range of applications, and ensures strong electro-optical effect of a floating grid structured non-volatile memory so as to realize non-volatile regulation of light wave. The patterned graphene layer is rational in design for generating light resonance with certain incidence frequency so as to increase interaction of graphene and light wave.
