▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing a graphene based composite material, comprises: introducing graphene obtained by chemical vapor deposition and a polymeric composition in liquid form comprising a thermosetting resin that is an elastomeric or non-elastomeric resin and optionally a rheology modifier, into a compounding device; kneading the polymer composition and graphene to form a composite material; and recovering the composite material optionally after transformation of the composite material into a solid form such as agglomerated granules. USE - The method is useful for producing a graphene based composite material that is useful for: manufacturing a composite product used for manufacturing finished processed objects used in electronics industry, computers, cables, carriage or automobile; for imparting electrical, mechanical and/or heat to a polymer matrix; and for manufacturing films, prepregs materials, tapes, profiles, strips or fibers (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically producing the graphene based composite material with good electrical conductivity in a reproducible and controlled manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing a composite product, comprising manufacturing the composite material, and introducing the composite material in a polymer matrix.
