▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flame-retardant antistatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite material comprises 1-3 pts. wt. expandable graphene oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 5-8 pts. wt. triphenylboroxine, 85-90 pts. wt. TPU particles and 90 pts. wt. dimethyl formamide (DMF). USE - Flame-retardant antistatic thermoplastic polyurethane composite material used for medical health, electronic appliances, industry and sports. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant antistatic TPU composite material has excellent flame retardance and antistatic property. The TPU material is flammable and easy to generate flue gas when burnt. The TPU is burned, the polymer can quickly form carbon on the surface without combustion phenomenon. After removing fire source, composite material ensures quick self-extinguishing and strong smoke inhibiting effect. The triphenylene boroxine has excellent dispersibility in TPU, and synergistic with expandable graphene oxide, constructing conductive network in matrix of TPU matrix, which can greatly reduce the global warming compared with existing graphene oxide (GO) modified TPU.
