▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicon-carbon composite materials from graphite cathode of waste power batteries comprises (i) acid washing, filtering and drying the waste graphite to obtain purified graphite; (ii) preparing the purified graphite into a graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (iii) adding silicon powder into Tris buffer solution, adding dopamine, reacting, freezing and drying to obtain silicon carbon material; and (iv) dispersing the silicon carbon material in the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, freezing, drying and heating at high-temperature. The acid solution comprising at least one of nitric acid, sulfuric acid and/or hydrochloric acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/silicon-carbon composite materials from graphite cathode of waste power batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene/silicon-carbon composite materials with better mechanical strength, toughness and electrical conductivity and relieves the problems caused by the volume expansion and poor conductivity of silicon materials.
