▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene toughening agent, involves (i) preparing epoxidized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer by sequentially adding polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, glycidyl methacrylate, and dicumyl peroxide to a torque rheometer, performing melt grafting reaction for 6-10minutes, placing the product in a flask with xylene solution, condensing and refluxing, filtering, washing with acetone, and drying in vacuum to obtain an epoxidized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, (ii) preparing polyhydroxy polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer by adding epoxidized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, tetrahydrofuran, and sulfuric acid to react, washing and separating with deionized water to obtain polyhydroxy polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, and (iii) placing the polyhydroxy polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer in a flask containing dimethyl sulfoxide, adding graphene oxide, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, dimethylaminopyridine, stirring, washing with deionized water and separating. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene toughening agent in nylon material (claimed) for automobile, household appliance, cloth, and packaging. ADVANTAGE - The graphene toughening agent enhances toughness of nylon, tensile strength, bending strength and tensile modulus of the nylon material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene toughening agent, involves (i) preparing epoxidized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer by sequentially adding polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, glycidyl methacrylate, and dicumyl peroxide to a torque rheometer at 130-180℃, performing melt grafting reaction for 6-10minutes, placing the product in a flask with xylene solution, condensing and refluxing at 130-140℃ for 2-4 hours, filtering, washing with acetone, and drying in vacuum to obtain an epoxidized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, (ii) preparing polyhydroxy polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer by adding epoxidized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, tetrahydrofuran, and sulfuric acid with a concentration of 60-80% to react at 20-35℃ for 2-4 hours in the flask, washing and separating with deionized water to obtain polyhydroxy polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, and (iii) preparing polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer grafted graphene oxide toughening agent by placing the polyhydroxy polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer in a flask containing dimethyl sulfoxide at 50-60℃, adding graphene oxide, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, dimethylaminopyridine, stirring for 3-5 hours, washing with deionized water and separating to obtain polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer grafted graphene toughening agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the use of the graphene toughening agent in nylon material, which involves placing the nylon material in a drying oven, drying at 100-110℃ for 8-12 hours, adding polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer grafted graphene toughening agent and antioxidant, stirring and mixing, melting and blending, and granulating through a twin-screw extruder to obtain a nylon material of toughening agent.
