NOVELTY - The structure has a clamping wheel and a self-lubricating shaft sleeve that are in interference fit with an axle to slide relatively. Two limiting rings are tangentially placed with a spherical roller along circumferential direction. A wheel inner wall corresponding to a roller position is fixedly connected with two limiting concave rings. An outer side of the roller is propped against an inner wall of a wheel. The spherical roller is internally tangent to a space surrounded by two limiting rings and the axle. A gap between a sealing cover and a wheel edge is filled with self-lubricating polymeric material, where the self-lubricating polymeric material is graphene metal ceramic self-lubricating polymeric material. ADVANTAGE - The fastening bolt and the outer limiting ring are screwed and fixed after sealing the gasket sealing ring so as to ensure the reliable and stable running environment of the wheel structure and prevent dust and other impurities from entering the structure to affect the normal operation.
