NOVELTY - The element (100) has a conductive film over the base film. An insulating film is provided over the conductive film. A graphene film is provided over insulating film. The insulating film has an opening. The graphene film is electrically connected to conductive film through opening. The insulating film has an inclined surface on end portion of the insulating film. An angle between the inclined surface and a surface of base film at end portion is less than or equal to 30 degrees . The graphene film covers inclined surface. The insulating film covers an end portion of conductive film. USE - Element of touch panel used in portable data processing device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film including graphene can be formed at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a touch panel.
