USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases reaction rate of the product; and generates complete graphene structure in which number of layers can be guaranteed to be less than three, and performance of graphene is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene, comprises (i) (ia) mixing and stirring meso-phase carbon microsphere, potassium nitrate and potassium manganate under concentrated sulfuric acid as the reaction medium, reducing temperature of concentrated sulfuric acid to 1-5 degrees C, then adding twice the volume of distilled water of concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 98-102 degrees C, and turning on the ultrasonic generator for ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours, where the temperature of the entire reaction system is less than or equal to 5 degrees C when adding distilled water, and (ib) cooling the entire reaction system to 40-45 degrees C, then adding 20-40 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, and adding 5-6 wt.% of total volume of concentrated sulfuric acid and distilled water, stirring for 2-4 minutes, washing to neutral, and drying to obtain graphite oxide, (ii) (iip) placing the dried graphite oxide into quartz tube, sealing the quartz tube and vacuuming, and (iiq) heating the tube furnace at 906-910 degrees C, then pushing the quartz tube into the tube furnace, and maintaining for 130-180 seconds to carry out expansion reaction, completing the reaction, cooling to room temperature, and unsealing the quartz tube, and (iii) introducing carbon monoxide reduction into the unsealed quartz tube with carbon monoxide gas, and then placing in tube furnace to reduce at 450-490 degrees C for 90-100 minutes to obtain graphene.
