NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanosheet/silicon carbide composite material comprises mixing 81-98 wt.% silicon carbide, 0.5-3 wt.% boron carbide, 1-10 wt.% graphene nanosheet and 0.5-6 wt.% carbon black, adding to mold, and hot press sintering to 1900-2200 degrees C at 20-80 MPa.
