NOVELTY - Aviation tire sealant composition of graphene comprises 50-100 pts. wt. halogenated butyl rubber, 0-50 pts. wt. synthetic rubber, 40-80 pts. wt. carbon black filler, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. flaky minerals, 0.5-3 pts. wt. acid absorbent, 4-20 pts. wt. processing aid, 0-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-5 pts. wt. tackifying resin, 1.5-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 1-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator. USE - The composition is useful for the sealing layer of aviation tires. ADVANTAGE - The composition: reduces the permeability of aviation tire inflation gas; improves the pressure holding performance of aviation tires, safety and service life of aviation tires. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aviation tire sealant composition comprising (1) setting the mixer speed to 50 revolutions per minute, adding halogenated butyl rubber, carbon black, graphene, and flake mineral materials to the mixer, mixing for 60 seconds, adding processing oil and mixing for 120 seconds after adding stearic acid, processing aid, magnesium oxide aid, mixing for 170 seconds, lifting the plug, and then pressing the plug to 240 seconds to discharge the masterbatch and controlling the rubber discharge temperature below 130 degrees C and (2) setting the mixer speed to 30 revolutions per minute, adding masterbatch to the mixer, mixing for 30 seconds, adding zinc oxide, sulfur and accelerator, mixing to 70 seconds, lifting the plug and then pressing the plug after 120 seconds, discharging the final rubber and controlling the temperature below 105 degrees C.
